(๓) การพัฒนา เสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงาน
(๔) การให้รางวัลจูงใจ
(๕) การให้ออกจากราชการ
(๖) การบริหารงานบุคคลเรื่องอื่น ๆ
โดยให้หน่วยงานที่จะนำผลการประเมินไปใช้ กำหนดรายละเอียดให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายระเบียบ หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการว่าด้วยการนั้น
การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานให้ดำเนินการปีละ ๒ ครั้ง ตามปีงบประมาณ ดังนี้
ครั้งที่ ๑ ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ระหว่างวันที่ ๑ ตุลาคม ถึงวันที่ ๓๑ มีนาคมของปีถัดไป
ครั้งที่ ๒ ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ระหว่างวันที่ ๑ เมษายน ถึงวันที่ ๓๐ กันยายนของปีเดียวกัน
